4/2/12 - SPRING BREAK
OK. For the past 6 months I have shared a compulsive food diary with you. Well, for a few days, I will be away on Spring Break vacation with my family. Rest assured that I will start each day with a “Breakfast drink”. I will continue to choose lean proteins, vegetables and healthy fats whenever possible. I brought as many of my healthy staples such as nuts, sardines, canned salmon, almond butter, etc., as possible. However, hotel vacationing without a kitchen/fridge can present a real challenge (see.. “eating while traveling”). I have, and will continue to indulge in a daily sweet treat like ice cream/frozen yogurt, Mrs Field’s cookie, etc. I will return to compulsive meal logs and optimal choices when I return.
