Cottage cheese(for me, organic), Greek yogurt(plain), almond powder, whole raw oats, Chia seed also marketed as”Anutra”, wheat germ, whey protein concentrate, blueberries. Without the berries, this is very near to an equal caloric balance of carbs, protein, fat(1/3 each).  This is a dairy item and, as mentioned, one can credibly argue against all dairy products.
